Attach
Deckster bracket to starting end
of each joist with 1.25" galvanized nails.
Reaching underneath with drill & screw, drive screws
into board through holes in Deckster bracket.
Use green , ceramic coated, galvanized, zinc plated
or stainless deck screws. Screw length depends on thickness
of deck board. #8 - 1.25" or 1.50"
Attach Deckster bracket
to alternate sides of joists. The full length of the
joist will be covered.
Continue
attaching deck boards, completing each one before beginning
the next, until you have:
A gleaming new
deck with a hardwood floor appearance! No
visible nails or screws!
